Service Level Agreement

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) sets out Vizbl's uptime, support and service-credit commitments. It applies to paid Growth and Enterprise plans unless a separate signed SLA controls.

Data

Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) supplements the Terms of Use and any other agreement between Vizbl Systems, Inc. ('Processor') and the Customer ('Controller'). It applies to Processing of Personal Data by Vizbl on behalf of the Customer.

Vizbl Systems, Inc. respects intellectual-property rights and expects users of the Platform to do the same. This Policy explains how to submit a complaint and how Vizbl responds.

Sellers & Brands

Professional Use Policy

This Professional Use Policy applies to Customers who upload product content — sellers, brands, manufacturers, designers and their agencies — to the Vizbl Platform. It supplements the Terms of Use and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Conduct

Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) describes activities that are not permitted on the Vizbl Platform. It applies to every user — Customers, End Users and visitors — and is incorporated into the Terms of Use.

This Cookie Policy describes how Vizbl Systems, Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on vizbl.com, our dashboard and the share pages we host.

This Privacy Policy explains how Vizbl Systems, Inc. handles personal information when you visit our websites, create an account, embed our viewer or interact with content rendered by the Platform.

Core agreement

These Terms of Use form the contract between you and Vizbl Systems, Inc. for your use of vizbl.com, the Vizbl Platform, AR/3D viewers, APIs, SDKs and integrations.

Enterprise paperwork

Enterprise customers may be subject to a separate Master Services Agreement, Order Form, Statement of Work, Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement, Data Processing Addendum or Service Level Agreement. Those documents are negotiated and signed bilaterally; they are not published on this site. Contact legal@vizbl.com for the latest versions.
