This Policy sets standards for commercial and professional use of the Vizbl Platform, including content accuracy, advertising, and industry-specific obligations.
Vizbl Systems, Inc.
Effective Date: August 4, 2026 | Last Updated: August 4, 2026
Purpose. This Policy establishes standards for commercial and professional use of the Vizbl Platform across all current product families, distribution channels, and supported industries. It is designed for Vizbl's current business model as a provider of AR, 3D, AI, visualization, catalog, API, SDK, integration, hardware, and related technology and professional services. It does not make Vizbl the manufacturer, seller, installer, merchant of record, marketplace operator, architect, engineer, or guarantor of products displayed through the Platform.
This Professional Use Policy ("Policy") applies to any business, brand, manufacturer, retailer, marketplace, designer, dealer, distributor, agency, contractor, builder, developer, showroom operator, automotive business, event or leisure operator, or other commercial user that uploads, manages, publishes, distributes, embeds, demonstrates, or otherwise uses product or business content through the Vizbl Platform (each, a "Professional User"). Schedule 1 identifies current Vizbl product families and industry-specific obligations. Product names and availability may change, and only Services enabled for the applicable account or Order Form are provided.
This Policy supplements the Vizbl Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, Prohibited Products Policy, Copyright and Trademark Policy, Privacy Policy, and any applicable Master Services Agreement, Order Form, Statement of Work, Data Processing Addendum, Platform and Developer Services Agreement, or other written agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with this Policy, the signed agreement controls for the subject matter of the conflict.
The Platform includes vizbl.com, go.vizbl.com, the Vizbl dashboard, hosted pages, public catalog and brand pages, AR and 3D viewers, APIs, SDKs, plugins, embeds, integrations, mobile and enterprise applications, white-label deployments, and related products and services operated by Vizbl Systems, Inc.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to act for the business or organization associated with the account and to bind that organization to this Policy and the applicable agreements.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information about your legal entity, trade names, addresses, contacts, websites, product brands, licenses, authorizations, and account administrators. You must promptly update information that becomes inaccurate or incomplete.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by employees, contractors, agencies, affiliates, and other Authorized Users. Credentials, API keys, SDK tokens, and administrative access may not be shared except through Vizbl-approved access controls.
Where Vizbl permits a business profile, brand page, public catalog page, showroom page, or similar professional presence, you must accurately identify the business represented and may not impersonate another business or create a misleading impression of ownership, endorsement, certification, dealership, distribution rights, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation.
You may display memberships, certifications, awards, licenses, or association affiliations only while they are valid and only where you have permission to do so. You must remove or correct them promptly when they expire, are revoked, or no longer apply.
Vizbl may consolidate duplicate pages, correct obvious categorization errors, connect related pages, or require supporting documentation. Vizbl does not guarantee that a profile, page, product, or brand will be accepted, indexed, displayed, ranked, recommended, or made available in any particular location or channel.
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the licenses granted in the applicable agreement. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights, permissions, licenses, consents, and lawful bases necessary for Vizbl to host, process, optimize, convert, render, display, distribute, publish, and otherwise use the content as required to provide the Services.
These obligations apply to product photographs, videos, CAD files, 3D models, AR assets, product designs, trade dress, logos, trademarks, text, specifications, dimensions, pricing, catalogs, reviews, testimonials, personal data, and third-party materials.
You may not upload another party's content or product assets merely because they are publicly available. Public availability does not establish ownership, authorization, or a license.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, currency, and lawful presentation of all product and business information you provide or approve.
You must ensure that product names, SKUs, dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, configurations, compatibility information, safety warnings, certifications, claims, prices, availability, warranties, and other descriptions fairly reflect the actual product or service offered.
AR, 3D, AI, computer-vision, virtual try-on, AutoFit, flooring, wall-art, rug, and other visualization outputs may vary because of device, browser, camera, lighting, environment, measurement, rendering, model, and source-material limitations. You must independently review and approve outputs before publication and must not present a visualization as an engineering drawing, guaranteed measurement, exact color match, fitment certification, safety determination, or substitute for professional verification.
You may not use editing, AI generation, staging, rendering, or visualization features to conceal defects, fabricate certifications, misstate product performance, create nonexistent features, or materially mislead a reasonable customer.
You are responsible for determining and complying with every law, regulation, standard, registration, labeling rule, age restriction, licensing requirement, advertising rule, and industry obligation applicable to your business, products, content, and target markets.
Where a product or service requires a license, authorization, registration, test report, certification, permit, safety warning, professional qualification, age gate, geographic restriction, or other compliance control, you must maintain valid evidence and provide it to Vizbl upon reasonable request.
You must comply with the Prohibited Products Policy. Vizbl approval, publication, technical enablement, or failure to remove content is not legal, safety, regulatory, quality, or authenticity approval.
All advertising, product claims, comparisons, testimonials, endorsements, influencer content, environmental claims, health claims, performance claims, and promotional statements must be truthful, not misleading, and supported by evidence required by applicable law.
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose material connections, sponsorships, free products, discounts, commissions, employment, ownership, family relationships, or other incentives that could affect how a reasonable person evaluates an endorsement or testimonial.
You may not create, purchase, sell, solicit, publish, or arrange fake or false reviews, testimonials, ratings, followers, views, likes, or other indicators of social influence. You may not condition compensation or benefits on a review expressing a particular positive or negative sentiment.
You may not suppress, intimidate, threaten, penalize, or retaliate against a person for an honest review or lawful criticism. You may request removal or moderation only where content violates applicable law or Vizbl policy.
If reviews, ratings, comments, or similar features are available, Professional Users must comply with the Review Policy and all applicable consumer-protection laws.
Vizbl does not guarantee publication, ranking, prominence, permanence, verification, or favorable treatment of any review. Negative reviews will not be removed merely because a Professional User disagrees with them.
Professional Users, their owners, officers, managers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members must not submit or arrange reviews without clear and conspicuous disclosure of any material relationship, and may not manipulate review systems or competitor ratings.
Vizbl may moderate, label, delay, reject, remove, or investigate reviews in accordance with its policies, but is not obligated to adjudicate every dispute or determine the truth of contested commercial claims.
If you receive personal information, leads, inquiries, contact details, analytics, or other information about an End User through the Platform ("End-User Data"), you may use it only for the disclosed purpose, the user's request, and other purposes for which you have a valid legal basis.
You must maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards; limit access to persons with a legitimate need; honor applicable access, deletion, correction, restriction, objection, and opt-out rights; and retain End-User Data only as long as lawfully necessary.
You may not sell End-User Data, use it to create unrelated marketing lists, enrich unrelated profiles, conduct unlawful surveillance, or disclose it to third parties except as authorized by the user, necessary to provide the requested service, or otherwise permitted by law.
You are the sender and initiator of communications you send or cause to be sent. Email, SMS, telephone, push, direct-message, and other outreach must comply with applicable consent, identification, disclosure, do-not-call, quiet-hours, unsubscribe, and recordkeeping requirements. You must promptly honor withdrawal and opt-out requests.
You must notify Vizbl without undue delay of any complaint, regulatory inquiry, security incident, unauthorized disclosure, or rights request relating to End-User Data received through the Platform where Vizbl's assistance may reasonably be required.
You must treat customers, prospects, other users, and Vizbl personnel professionally and must not engage in fraud, harassment, threats, discrimination, abusive conduct, deceptive sales practices, bait-and-switch conduct, unlawful fees, or misrepresentation.
You are solely responsible for quotations, orders, sales, payment collection, taxes, delivery, installation, returns, refunds, warranties, recalls, product support, customer service, and disputes involving your products or services unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Vizbl is a technology and visualization provider and is not your agent, broker, distributor, reseller, contractor, architect, engineer, installer, merchant of record, seller of record, or guarantor.
Vizbl does not guarantee search placement, ranking, traffic, impressions, leads, conversions, sales, engagement, analytics accuracy, recommendation, indexing, or continued availability of any page, product, profile, asset, feature, or channel.
Ranking, discovery, and presentation may depend on relevance, content quality, technical readiness, user behavior, moderation, availability, geographic or device factors, contractual entitlements, and other factors. Paid placement, where offered, will be identified or handled as required by applicable law.
You may not manipulate search, discovery, analytics, engagement, or ranking through fake activity, automated interactions, hidden redirects, misleading metadata, duplicate pages, keyword stuffing, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
You acknowledge that digital assets delivered through websites, browsers, viewers, APIs, SDKs, mobile applications, public pages, and integrations may be viewed, captured, copied, downloaded, scraped, extracted, reverse engineered, reproduced, or misused by technically capable persons despite technical and contractual controls.
You are responsible for deciding whether each asset is appropriate for digital delivery and for selecting available visibility and access settings. Vizbl does not guarantee that Customer Content or outputs will be immune from unauthorized access, extraction, copying, or misuse.
Vizbl may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, authority, licenses, authenticity, product origin, regulatory status, content rights, customer complaints, or compliance with this Policy. You must respond accurately and within the time specified.
Vizbl may use automated and manual systems to detect policy violations, fraud, infringement, unsafe content, or technical abuse. Such systems may produce false positives or fail to identify violations. Vizbl has no general duty to monitor every Professional User or verify every product.
You must preserve relevant records and cooperate in good faith with reasonable investigations, recalls, takedowns, security responses, regulatory requests, and legal process.
Vizbl may reject, restrict, unpublish, disable, remove, or require correction of Professional Content, products, profiles, pages, integrations, or features where Vizbl reasonably believes they violate law, this Policy, another applicable policy, a third-party right, a platform requirement, or an agreement with Vizbl, or create material security, safety, legal, operational, or reputational risk.
Vizbl may suspend or terminate accounts or Services for material or repeated violations, fraud, nonpayment, refusal to cooperate, invalid authorization, unlawful conduct, or risk to Vizbl, users, customers, or third parties. Immediate action may be taken without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
Where practicable and legally permissible, Vizbl may provide notice and an opportunity to correct or request reconsideration. Reconsideration does not suspend enforcement and does not obligate Vizbl to restore content or access.
Upon deactivation or termination, access rights end as provided in the applicable agreement. You are responsible for exporting available content before access ends.
Vizbl may retain account records, communications, transaction records, logs, backups, complaints, legal-hold materials, and other information as required or permitted by law, the Privacy Policy, the DPA, and Vizbl's retention practices.
Public content may remain available for reasonable caching, archival, evidence-preservation, dispute-resolution, legal-compliance, review-integrity, and backup periods. Honest third-party reviews and other content not owned by you will not necessarily be removed when your account closes.
Publication, verification, technical support, moderation, or acceptance by Vizbl does not constitute endorsement, certification, sponsorship, legal advice, regulatory approval, quality assurance, product authentication, or a guarantee of commercial results.
You remain solely responsible for obtaining professional legal, regulatory, engineering, safety, tax, and other advice appropriate to your business and products.
Vizbl may update this Policy from time to time. Materially adverse changes generally take effect at the next renewal of a paid committed term unless earlier application is reasonably necessary for law, security, safety, fraud prevention, third-party platform requirements, or urgent operational reasons.
Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Questions about this Policy may be sent to legal@vizbl.com. Reports of abuse or prohibited content may be sent to abuse@vizbl.com. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@vizbl.com. Security reports may be sent to security@vizbl.com.

Core AR & 3D and Multi-AR. Professional Users must verify dimensions, scale references, anchoring type, variants, material names, configuration rules, hotspots, compatibility claims, and bundle or layout information. Multi-product scenes must not imply that products are structurally compatible, safely stackable, or sold together unless independently verified.
AR Rugs. Professional Users must provide lawful, accurate top-down imagery, dimensions, shape, orientation, border and fringe information, and material descriptions. Pile, sheen, pattern, color, and scale shown digitally are approximations and must not be represented as guaranteed physical results.

Professional Users must verify texture scale, plank or tile dimensions, pattern repeat, direction, installation pattern, product coverage, finish, batch or dye-lot limitations, substrate requirements, waste factors, and installation disclosures. AR Flooring is not an installation plan, quantity calculation, moisture assessment, or construction specification.
AR Wall Art and Posters. Professional Users must hold rights in artwork, photography, frames, logos, and reproduced images and must verify finished dimensions, frame depth, mounting orientation, multi-piece spacing, and available variants. Showroom AR and Hardware. Professional Users are responsible for staff training, device custody, charging, connectivity, customer supervision, catalog updates, and use in a safe environment. Sales demonstrations must not be described as measurements, engineering validation, installation approval, or binding product availability unless independently confirmed.
Construction AR. Builders, developers, contractors, and suppliers must independently verify plans, site conditions, dimensions, codes, accessibility, structural, electrical, plumbing, fire, security, finish, installation, and product-compatibility requirements. Screenshots, proposals, selections, acknowledgments, or sign-off workflows are not architectural drawings, change orders, construction documents, permits, or legally binding approvals unless a separate written agreement expressly makes them so.
AutoFit AI. Professional Users must verify vehicle year, make, model, trim, bolt pattern, offset, diameter, width, tire size, load rating, brake and suspension clearance, legal restrictions, and manufacturer fitment requirements. A visualization is not a fitment certification or installation authorization.
Vizbl Try-On (AI). Professional Users must provide accurate product dimensions and sizing information, obtain all notices and consents required for customer photographs and camera-based processing, and avoid representing outputs as guarantees of fit, comfort, medical suitability, optical performance, safety, or final appearance. Images of minors may be processed only where lawfully authorized.
AR Public Catalog. By publishing publicly, Professional Users authorize the public-facing uses described in the Terms and remain responsible for current links, prices, availability, product rights, claims, and customer-facing disclosures. Public discovery, saves, likes, ratings, reviews, referrals, or ranking are not guaranteed.
APIs, SDKs, Embeds, and Integrations. Professional Users must protect credentials, correctly map products and SKUs, implement supported versions, honor rate limits, test integrations, provide required privacy and camera notices, comply with app-store and platform rules, and prevent unauthorized access or reuse. Developer Services are also governed by the Platform and Developer Services Agreement where applicable.
3D Modeling and Digital Asset Services. Professional Users must provide complete source materials, dimensions, references, approvals, rights, and timely feedback; review deliverables within the applicable acceptance period; and independently validate geometry, scale, materials, colors, safety, and regulatory suitability before commercial use.
Furniture, Decor, Lighting, Appliances, and Electronics. Verify product dimensions, stability, weight, mounting, electrical ratings, energy or safety labels, required clearances, heat or moisture limitations, installation instructions, certifications, and compatibility. Visualization must not replace a licensed electrician, installer, engineer, or manufacturer instruction.
Outdoor, Pool, Spa, Sauna, Grill, and Wellness Products. Verify zoning, permits, setbacks, barriers, drainage, foundations, utilities, ventilation, fire and carbon-monoxide safety, electrical and plumbing requirements, weather exposure, load capacity, supervision, and installation requirements. AR placement does not establish that a product may lawfully or safely be installed at the shown location.
Construction and Real Estate. Do not use Vizbl outputs to make unsubstantiated property, completion, code-compliance, accessibility, energy, material, or investment claims. All selections and representations must remain consistent with actual contracts, plans, specifications, permits, schedules, and available inventory.
Automotive. Do not represent visual appearance as proof of mechanical fit, road legality, safety, warranty coverage, or manufacturer approval. Installation and fitment must be performed or verified by qualified professionals.
Events, Fitness, Vending, Arcade, and Leisure. Verify venue permission, floor loading, anchoring, ingress and egress, accessibility, electrical and network requirements, sanitation, supervision, age restrictions, machine safety, prize or gambling rules, and operator licensing where applicable.
Jewelry, Eyewear, Watches, and Body-Worn Products. Verify product dimensions, materials, allergens, precious-metal or gemstone claims, optical or prescription requirements, sizing, age suitability, care instructions, safety warnings, authenticity, and legally required disclosures.
Marketing Metrics and Case Studies. Professional Users may not present Vizbl examples, demonstrations, conversion metrics, return reductions, engagement statistics, or other performance statements as guaranteed results. Any claim must accurately identify its source, assumptions, time period, material limitations, and whether it reflects typical, projected, or customer-reported performance.
No Product Commitment. A reference in this Policy or on a public webpage does not obligate Vizbl to provide, maintain, support, or make generally available any product, feature, industry configuration, hardware package, integration, AI model, or workflow.
Pilot and Beta Features. Features identified as pilot, beta, preview, early access, experimental, or evaluation services may change, produce incomplete or inaccurate results, have limited support, or be discontinued at any time, subject to the applicable agreement.
Order Form Controls. Where an Order Form, SOW, or signed agreement identifies a product, supported category, deliverable, configuration, or limitation, that document controls for its subject matter.
