Only the schedules selected in the signed Order Form apply. This version is fixed: its text and PDF at this address do not change. Later revisions are published under new addresses.
Each schedule is also available as its own PDF:
A Rug Visualization
This Schedule applies only where Rug Visualization is selected in the Order Form. It supplements the Visualization Services Terms of the same version and does not set prices, a catalog limit, an unlimited allowance or a minimum term.
Scope. Vizbl displays selected rug products in supported room visualization experiences using supplied images, dimensions and supported size variants. Only the channels, catalog preparation, update service, analytics and integration work identified in the commercial documents are included. The Order Form identifies the catalog counting unit; if “design” is selected, different sizes of the same pattern and color count as one design, and a different pattern or colorway counts separately.
Inputs. Customer supplies complete high-resolution top-down images, accurate dimensions, product names, identifiers and URLs, with rights to use them. Images should include edges and fringe without cropping or material obstruction. Customer approves product data and visual presentation. Vizbl identifies unsuitable source images and corrects its own processing errors under the Terms.
Accuracy. Lighting, cameras, screens, perspective and source-image quality affect appearance. Visualized size is an estimate based on supplied dimensions and supported calibration. Customers and shoppers must verify actual dimensions, color and room measurements independently. Vizbl does not provide installation, interior-design suitability or material-performance advice.
Usage. Catalog allowances, view/session counting, update quantities and any usage rate are stated in the commercial documents. A view is not automatically a billable event merely because a widget loads. If views are purchased, define a billable view and the measurement period before signature. Vizbl-generated retries and duplicate accounting records cannot create duplicate charges. No paid overage arises without the signed authorization required by the Terms.
Images and publishing. Customer chooses which product assets are publicly displayed. Room photographs remain private service inputs subject to the DPA; they are not added to public catalogs or promotional materials by default. Product exports and static-asset licenses follow the Terms.
B Flooring Visualization
This Schedule applies only where Flooring Visualization is selected in the Order Form. It supplements the Visualization Services Terms of the same version. Commercial values and service quantities are only those completed in the order.
Scope. Vizbl previews selected floor finishes on detected or selected surfaces in supported room images. Supported patterns, plank or tile layouts, direction, grout options and other functions must be identified in the service description if material to the purchase. Availability of a feature in a demo does not purchase custom functionality.
Inputs and catalog. Customer supplies lawful texture images, product names and identifiers, actual dimensions, repeat or tile/plank information and any required finish references. The order specifies whether the catalog is counted by SKU, texture, finish, collection or another defined unit and how variants are counted. Customer must identify any scale reference required for the selected experience.
Accuracy and exclusions. Texture repetition, seams, grout width, material variation, reflections, lighting, perspective and surface detection can differ from installed results. The service does not perform a site survey, calculate order quantities or waste, assess subfloor condition, certify slip resistance, waterproofing or fire performance, or specify safe installation. Shoppers and installers must verify dimensions, quantities, suitability and manufacturer instructions independently.
Delivery and changes. Purchased texture preparation and catalog work follow the Terms’ acceptance process. New textures, changed dimensions or expanded layout requirements may be a scope change; Vizbl-caused errors remain its responsibility. Installation labor, construction plans and custom integration are included only by express written scope.
Usage and data. The commercial documents define any billable view, session, generation or other unit, measurement period, allowance and authorized overage. Widget loading alone does not create an unstated charge. No duplicate charge arises from Vizbl accounting duplicates or technical retries. Customer-directed room-image processing follows the DPA; room photos are not public marketing content.
C Posters and Wall Panels
This Schedule applies only where Posters and Wall Panels is selected in the Order Form and only to the categories identified there, such as posters, framed prints, wall art, wallpaper or decorative panels. It supplements the Visualization Services Terms of the same version.
Scope. Vizbl previews selected images or finishes on supported walls or surfaces. The order identifies categories and any material requirements concerning frames, borders, panel configuration, repeat patterns, seams or layout. It states the catalog counting unit and treatment of size, frame, color and pattern variants.
Inputs. Customer supplies licensed artwork and product photographs, exact product dimensions, aspect ratio, orientation, pattern-repeat or panel dimensions where applicable, and product identifiers. Customer must have rights permitting the visualizations and any authorized publication; Vizbl’s processing does not clear copyright or trademark ownership.
Accuracy. Displayed color, texture, perspective, scale, framing and pattern alignment can differ from the actual product and installed result. The service is not a survey, quantity calculator, hanging plan or installation specification. It does not assess wall strength, load capacity, adhesive compatibility, electrical hazards, building-code compliance or safe mounting. Customer and installers verify measurements, quantities and mounting requirements independently.
Approval and publishing. Customer reviews prepared product assets under the Terms. Vizbl corrects its processing errors; new artwork or changed specifications may require approved extra work. Authorization to display product artwork does not authorize publication of a shopper’s room photo. Any public display must remain within the rights granted for the artwork and depicted environment.
Usage and exports. Allowances, billable events, update quantities and charges are set only in the completed commercial documents. Vizbl technical retries and duplicate accounting cannot generate duplicate charges. Exports include available static product assets as provided in the Terms, not proprietary software or room photographs. Personal-data processing follows the DPA.
D AI Virtual Try On
This Schedule applies only where AI Virtual Try On is selected in the Order Form. The order identifies supported product categories and input modes, such as jewelry, watches, eyewear, hats, accessories or other expressly supported products. A category must not be assumed supported merely because it is named as an example here.
Scope and accuracy. The service generates or modifies an image to preview a selected product on a voluntarily supplied person image. Results are synthetic visual approximations and may contain artifacts or altered product details. The service does not guarantee actual fit, physical dimensions, size recommendation, color, likeness fidelity or product performance. Customer must not describe a generated image as an authentic photo of a real use or endorsement without a truthful basis and required permissions. Material consumer-facing claims require review.
Permitted images. Customer must provide a lawful basis and clear notices, and obtain permissions required for depicted persons and any publication. Shoppers may upload their own image; images of another adult require that person’s authorization. The standard service is not directed to children and does not authorize uploading minors’ images, intimate imagery, nonconsensual manipulation, impersonation, identity verification, surveillance or inference of sensitive traits.
Biometric boundary. This package does not authorize regulated biometric identification, biometric templates or regulated face/hand geometry processing. If the actual implementation creates biometric data regulated by applicable law, the affected feature must remain disabled until the parties adopt an appropriate signed addendum, required individual notice/consent and retention/deletion controls. Calling the input a photograph or not identifying a person does not itself resolve the legal classification of downstream processing.
Billable generation. Unless an expressly identified signed variation states otherwise, one billable generation is one requested output successfully produced and made available to the requesting user. Failed, blocked, timed-out or undelivered requests and Vizbl-initiated technical retries do not consume a paid generation; duplicate events are reversed. A fresh user-requested variation counts separately if successfully delivered. Multiple requested outputs count as the number delivered. A subjective dislike of an otherwise delivered output is not a technical failure; reproducible service errors are addressed under the Terms.
Commercial controls. Before signature, define allowance, period, any token-to-generation conversion, expiry/rollover and authorized overage rate and cap. A mere upload or widget opening is not a billable generation. At exhaustion without paid-overage authorization, generation pauses pending approval. No fixed rate or free trial is implied.
Privacy. Person images and person-specific outputs are private and processed only as described in the DPA. No model training, public gallery, marketing reuse or unrelated sensitive inference is authorized. Optional longer saving or sharing requires explicit documented scope, valid permissions and a defined retention period; it is not enabled by default.
