How the token system works in Vizbl

Learn how tokens work in Vizbl — what each action costs, how to buy more, and how to set up auto top-up.

Tokens are Vizbl's internal currency. You fund a single balance and spend tokens when visitors interact with Vizbl features on your site — opening a widget, uploading a room photo, or launching an AR preview.

Each action has a fixed price in tokens, and all charges come out of your account's shared balance.

Buying tokens

Tokens are one-time purchases added to your account balance. No subscription required — top up whenever you need to, and unused tokens never expire.

The price per token is listed in your dashboard, and the total for your selected package is shown before purchase.

For details on adding tokens to your balance, see the separate guide

Starting balance for new users

Every new Vizbl user gets a one-time package of 5,000 tokens. It works across every Vizbl workspace.

The starter package is a one-time grant per account. If you sign up in Rugs and later open Core AR, you won't receive it a second time.

One balance for all Vizbl products

Your token balance is tied to your account and shared across all Vizbl products: Core AR, Flooring, Rugs, Wall Art, and AI Try-On.

If Core AR shows a balance of 6,000 tokens, you'll see the same balance in AI Try-On and everywhere else. When tokens are spent in one product, the shared balance decreases across all of them.

How tokens are spent

Tokens are deducted when visitors use paid Vizbl features on your site. Each action has a fixed price, and the set of paid actions depends on the product.

Tokens are deducted per action. When a visitor opens the Flooring widget, 1 token is deducted immediately — regardless of how long they stay in the widget or whether they go on to try the product.

Repeat actions are charged separately. If a visitor closes the widget and opens it again, another 1 token is deducted.

Core AR

4 tokens per model load in AR view. A visitor opened your product in augmented reality — on your site or via a direct link — and the 3D model loaded on their device. Adding another model to the scene deducts 4 more tokens.

Viewing a product in 3D and publishing a model to the public catalog are free.

Wall Art, Rugs, Flooring

1 token per widget open. A visitor opened the 2D preview widget for a piece of wall art, a rug, or flooring, and can place the product in any of the available scenes.

5 tokens per room upload. During a 2D preview, a visitor uploaded a photo of their own room. Each photo is charged separately — three uploads cost 15 tokens.

4 tokens per object load in AR view. A visitor opened your product in augmented reality — on your site or via a direct link — and the artwork, rug, or flooring loaded on their device. Adding another product to the scene deducts 4 more tokens.

AI Try-On

45 tokens per try-on. A visitor uploaded their photo and received a generated image.

Tokens are deducted for every generated result, even if the image contains visual errors or doesn't meet the visitor's expectations.

Running out of tokens

If your balance doesn't cover an action, that action won't launch — the visitor will see a "Service temporarily unavailable" message instead. Free integrations aren't affected: the public catalog and the 3D viewer keep working.

Nothing is deleted when you run out of tokens — all your data stays in place. Once you top up, everything reactivates automatically, with no setup required.
